The patented Rotrex planetary gearbox enables impeller speeds of up to 240,000 rpm; it offers high efficiency, a compact design, durability, and low noise levels. Due to the low weight of the moving components (turbine, gearbox), friction—and consequently heat generation and power loss—is very low.
Rotrex’s standard product range consists of four product families: C8, C15, C30, and C38. In addition to our standard product families, we also offer custom designs. Since 2011, we have also offered the C38-91 supercharger, which was developed specifically for high-displacement engines.
